Whiskey
Whiskey is a long-haired, black and white, 7-8 year old male.
He was incredibly timid on his arrival at the shelter, and preferred to hide away whenever someone approached.
However, we soon realised that he just needed time to settle into his new surroundings, as he became more outgoing with each passing day.
Whiskey can be very affectionate, and loves to curl and cuddle up on a warm lap. However, he will need a patient and understanding owner, as he can be temperamental and a bit moody at times.
If you try to move Whiskey from your lap before he has decided you should (!) he will let his displeasure be known by a cheeky swipe and a nip - but he won't stay mad for long, and comes back for a cuddle after a second or two.
Because he can be quite unpredictable, we think that Whiskey should be the only pet in his new home, and would be best homed with no children within swiping reach.
