All you have to do to receive a Christmas Gift Package is the following:-

- print off and complete our form (click HERE), specifying which animal you wish to have on your Sponsorship Certificate and Christmas Card. Please ensure that you state the name of the person you want shown on the Certificate and Card. You may have the Package either sent to the person named on the Certificate, or you may wish to have it sent to yourself, so you can wrap it up in time for Christmas Day!

- make your cheque for £20 payable to "St Francis Animal Welfare"

- Send both your completed form and cheque to:- Charity Business Manager, St Francis Animal Welfare, Sunnyside, Mortimer's Lane, Fair Oak, Hampshire, SO50 7EA. We promise to do our best to send you your Christmas Package within three working days of receipt.
