- Sponsorship Certificate of your chosen animal (includes colour photograph) ready for framing

- Personalised Birthday Card from your chosen animal

- St Francis Animal Welfare Car Sticker and "bug"

 

 

 

 

All this for a cost of only £15, which includes p&p.

All you have to do to receive a Gift Package is the following:-

- print off and complete our form (click HERE), specifying which animal you wish to have on your Sponsorship Certificate and Card. Please ensure that you state the name of the person you want shown on the Certificate and Card. You may have the Package either sent to the person named on the Certificate, or you may wish to have it sent to yourself, so you can present it to them!

- make your cheque for £15 payable to "St Francis Animal Welfare"

- Send both your completed form and cheque to:-

We can personalise the Birthday Card as desired ... please let us know if this is a special birthday!
